Arpad kom van die Bybelse-Hebreeuse woord wat beteken 'lig van bevryding', met ander woorde 'Plek van Rus' – baie beskrywend van hierdie uitsoek rustige akkommodasie.
Hierdie weelderige tweeslaapkamer-woonstel kan 4 persone huisves. Die hoofslaapkamer het 'n dubbelbed en daar is twee enkelbeddens in die tweede kamer. So ook het die ruim, moderne badkamer in pragtige stort, yslike ovaal bad, groot wasbak en toilet.
Daar is 'n ruim oopplan leefruimte/eetplek/kombuis met 'n teëlvloer en los matte. In die leefarea is 'n TV met DSTv, stereostel, sitkamerstel en uitskopstoel en na die kombuis se kant is die eetplekkie.

Die volledig toegeruste kombuis het 'n yskas/vrieskas, voorlaaier wasmasjien, tuimeldroër en mikrogolf. So ook 'n broodrooster, koffiemasjien, elektriese ketel, menger, sowel as 'n ketel, yster en brandblusser en meer. Verder is daar 'n ingeboude elektriese stoof met lugsuiweringsapparaat, 'n tweebranders gasstoof en 'n ooghoogte oond.
Op die balkon in daar 'n Jetmaster-braai en potjiekos gasplaat beskerm teen die wind met glaspanele. So is daar ook 'n groot houtbraaifasiliteit buite die kombuis vir diegene wat 'n houtvuurbraai verkies.

Fully furnished spacious luxurious two bedroom flat with an exceedingly awesome view partly over the Goukou River in Still Bay. The elegant well-kept garden whispers tranquillity to the worn out soul. Volledig gemeubileerde, ruim en weelderige tweeslaapkamer woonstel met asemrowende uitsig en rustige tuin vir die uitgeputte siel.
The name Arpad comes from the Biblical Hebrew name which means 'light of redemption' in other words 'Place of Rest' which extremely befits this splendidly peaceful accommodation.
This luxurious two bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people. The spacious main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Likewise the spacious modern bathroom has a beautiful shower, big oval bath, large basin and toilet.
The flat of course opens into an open plan living room/dining-space/kitchen with tiled floor and loose rugs. There is a TV with DSTv, a stereo system, a lounge suite as well as a reclining chair on one side of the room. Then, towards to kitchen is a breakfast nook type of dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen is a knock-out! There is a fridge/freezer, front-loader washing, tumble dryer, as well as a microwave. Also a toaster, coffee machine, electric knife, mixer, as well as a kettle, iron and fire extinguisher to name but a few.
On top of all these, the kitchen has a built-in glass-top electric stove with extractor fan and separate eye-level oven as well as a built-in two burner gas stove.
